Hi, I’m Kelly!
With 25+ years in hospitality and events, I’ve done it all — bartending, serving, managing restaurants, running a catering business and creating guest experiences from the ground up. I also graduated from culinary school, which deepened my love for creativity, flavor and presentation.
What I’ve learned is simple: details matter. From the perfect pour to a beautifully styled wedding bar, I want your guests to feel taken care of and your celebration to feel like you.

Frequently Asked Questions
No, due to licensing regulations, we do not provide alcohol. Clients are responsible for purchasing and supplying the alcohol. However, we take care of serving it. We also provide mixers, garnishes and the bar equipment needed for service.
We serve Fort Bend County and surrounding areas. Include your event location in your quote request so any travel requirements can be included in the custom proposal.
Yes, we carry general and liquor liability insurance. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits for their event, particularly if it is held on public property. We’re happy to guide you through the permitting process.
The Piaggio Ape is compact and versatile, measuring approximately 10 feet long, 5 feet wide and just over 6 feet tall. Please make sure your venue can accommodate the truck and its service area.
A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your date, with the balance due 30 days before the event. Deposits are nonrefundable. For cancellations, please notify us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to reschedule, subject to availability.
Absolutely. Mocktails, sodas, juices, hydration stations, coffee and other alcohol-free options can be incorporated into the event. Kids’ mocktail bars are also available.
We recommend booking as early as possible. Popular wedding and event dates can fill quickly, especially during peak seasons. A deposit secures your date.
Premium disposable drinkware is available, and traditional glassware can be discussed as part of your custom quote. We’ll plan the right option around your event style and service needs.
Yes. Our Piaggio Ape is equipped with six taps that can be used for draft beer, wine, Prosecco and cocktails on tap. Beverage choices should be confirmed in advance.
You can purchase alcohol from any licensed retailer of your choice. We also work with trusted preferred providers who can help source beer, wine, spirits and mixers. Ask if you’d like an introduction.
